One Time Set-up Fees

Note: There is a one-time set-up fee for Niteclub Reviews Internet Magazine's Art Department to create your 1st Regular Banners type ads. The price for Clients with Agreements signed for 6 months or more is $125.00. The price for Clients with Agreements signed for less than 6 months is ($140.00).(These prices are not applicable to Flash Banner pricing). There is only a $45.00 one (1) time set-up and posting fee for Regular Ad Banners that are made for Niteclub Reviews Internet Magazine by Clients that are completely "web ready". There is a one (1) time set-up and posting fee starting at $90.00 for Flash Ad Banners that are made for Niteclub Reviews Internet Magazine by Clients that are completely "web ready".*The Posting Fee may be higher depending on the complexity of your Flash Banner, which has to be built into the HTML of Niteclubreviews.com by our Art Department.

Note: Flash Banner type Ads that move always start at $275.00, going as high as $500.00 or more to create due to the labor-intensive nature of these type Ads. These prices are also listed below in the Flash Banners section. Each Flash Ad Banner creation is unique as reflected in the pricing. Flash Banners are $275.00 and up no matter how long the Ad Agreement is written for. Once the Flash Banner is created; placement pricing remains the same.

Extra Page Purchase & Ad Placement

Preferred Front Page Placement: Preferred Front Page Placement is exactly that. For additional placement of an ad on more than one (1) *page throughout the NCR.com web site (highly recommended), there is a fee of $145.00 per page with a signed Ad Agreement...This fee is added to the total of the Ad Agreement and procures the additional pages for the length of the Agreement… see front-page side banners. For each Extra Page Purchased, get a 2nd Extra Page at no charge.

*Extra Page Purchase : Extra Pages cannot be purchased at the $145.00 price listed above without being part of an Advertisement Agreement. If an existing Client wants to add Extra Pages to a previous Ad Agreement, the Pages must be added within 30 days of initial purchase, or Extra Pages will be sold at full price.

Important Note: Advertising on www.niteclubreviews.com web site will in no way influence or affect, positively or negatively, niteclub reviews written about a particular establishment at any time prior to, during, or after the culmination of an Advertising Agreement between Niteclub Reviews Internet Magazine and prospective or existing Clients.
